Messages

The system sends messages in various situations. For example if some other user has added you in a new project or assigned to you a new task. The application refreshes itself every 5 minutes and if you have any new message the small balloon icon in the top right corner becomes red. Inside the balloon there is a digit that shows you how many new messages you have.

(1) - messages icon when you have new messages.
(2) - messages icon when you don't have new messages.
(3) - add new folder.
(4) - text of the message.
(5) - actions that you can perform on every message.
(6) - additional buttons - send a message to another user; refresh button (as the system refreshes itself on every 5 minutes, you can force the process by using this button).
(7) - folders to collect your messages
